What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
- Delivery charges based on product weight. Basically, for first KG, headquarter will charge RM5, and will add RM2 for next KG
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
- System will only be accepted for online payment.
How long will delivery take?
- After you have submitted your order, Mommyhana HQ will process your product within 2 or 3 working days, and the product will delivered within 5 to 7 working day depends on courier service.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
- Our system is secure and we guarantee your data will be protected from Mommyhana HQ, and will be used for our marketing purpose only.
What exactly happens after ordering?
- After submitting your order, Mommyhana HQ will process your order within 2 or 3 working days, and you will be getting your tracking number from your Email.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
- Absolutely you will get your invoice after ordering for your referring.
